Copy-Paste Resume Templates

Every template below is plain text on purpose. No tables, no columns, no icons, no graphics — because that's exactly what an ATS can actually read. Copy the one that matches your situation, paste it into Google Docs or Word, replace the bracketed parts with your real details, and save as .docx. Walang bayad, walang sign-up.

⚠️ The one rule that matters most Never invent numbers. Every bracketed figure below is a placeholder for something true about you. If you don't know your exact number, use an honest range ("40–50 customers daily") or describe the scale another way. A made-up metric falls apart in the interview — and the interviewer will ask.

How to use these properly

1. Keep the formatting boring. Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman at 10–12pt. Single column. No header/footer text — ATS parsers frequently skip those regions entirely.

2. Match the job posting's words. If the ad says "stakeholder management," write that phrase, not "coordination." Write acronyms both ways the first time: "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)."

3. Customize per application. Change the summary and reorder the skills to mirror each posting. A generic resume sent 50 times performs worse than 10 tailored ones.

4. Test it before sending. Select all in your PDF, paste into Notepad. If it comes out scrambled, that's what the ATS sees. One page for entry level; two only after about five years of experience.

Template 1 — Fresh graduate, no work experience

Uses education, org work, and OJT as the substance. This is the right structure when you have no formal employment yet — skills come before education, and projects do the heavy lifting.

Template 3 — Career shifter

The job of a shifter's resume is to answer one silent question: why should we believe you can do this new thing? So this version leads with transferable skills and reframes old experience in the new field's language.

💡 The Loom video beats every certificate For remote roles, a two-minute screen recording of you actually doing the task — narrating in English as you upload a product or reconcile an invoice — answers the client's real question faster than any credential. Record one, put the link at the top of your resume, and you'll stand out from a hundred text-only applicants. Details in the 30-day remote playbook.

Template 5 — Returning after a gap

For anyone coming back after caregiving, illness, an overseas contract, a business that didn't work out, or a long unemployment stretch. The strategy: name the gap plainly, in one line, then move on to evidence. Silence looks worse than the gap itself.

A note on dates and honesty Using years only ("2023–2024") instead of months is a legitimate way to keep short stints from shouting — but never change the actual years. Background checks and BIR 2316 forms surface real dates, and a date that doesn't match is a much bigger problem than a gap. If the gap was under six months, you generally don't need to explain it at all.
What comes next Resume drafted? Pair it with a cover letter or application email, make your LinkedIn match it so recruiters can find you, then rehearse the interview. Applying to government instead? You need the PDS, not a resume.

I'm not a recruiter or an HR professional — I built this site after watching people close to me spend months looking for work, paying for "courses" that just repackaged free information. Every guide here is researched from official sources and real job seekers' experience, and every claim I can't back up is labelled as an estimate. Read the full story and how I verify things →
